Flow Space Part #1

Hello, and welcome to your new flow space. It’s about time that you get rid of the distractions and find a new, healthy rhythm. To “flow” means finding fluidity between mind and body. An optimal state of mind where You can be your best hardworking, creative self. My goal is to bring helpful tools into your life to achieve clarity, stop making excuses and find joy in taking care of yourself. To me, there is no separation between physical and mental health. Let’s come up with a plan together!

Part #1:

In our busy lives it can feel so hard to find time for yourself. However, life needs to be a balance. I find that one of the best ways to find time is to get organized! Find a journal/planner or perhaps an app on your phone if you prefer virtual. I want you to think about some of the physical goals you may have and write them down and Date it. For example: “I really want to lose weight”, “I want to have more energy”, or “I want to be more flexible”. Once you have done that, I want you to analyze the “why” behind what you have written down and make an entry. Then I want you to create a few concrete goals for yourself. Be sure to be realistic with these goals, categorize them as short term and long term, and be specific. Next, take 1-3 minutes. I want you to close your eyes and imagine how it will feel when you finally achieve them. In as much detail as possible, picture it as best you can in you mind. Once again, take a look at your goals.
